In today's day of COVID restrictions, it is not always possible to have as many guests at your ceremony and reception as you would normally like.
Thankfully, we have the solution: Video streaming!
This includes having videographers and technicians from our professional and courteous staff live streaming your wedding during ceremony and/or during your reception.
We currently provide live video streaming at most wedding destinations in Ohio and surrounding states. Our mobile technology allows us to live stream weddings from almost anywhere. We also offer Live Wedding Streaming services outside of Ohio for a travel fee depending on distance from Columbus, OH.

Our live video streaming includes full HD coverage, using state of the art full-high definition video and cinematic cameras, 'Pro-Audio' and specialized lenses. We will create a stunning and personalized wedding film to tell the story of you special day!

How many people can log on and watch my wedding online?
Live streaming offers viewership up to 100 connections. For Streaming 101-500 connections, a $125 fee will be added for expanded access. Additionally, your archived wedding live stream will be stored online for up to one year with no limitations viewership.

Who will be able to view my wedding live stream?
Anyone you invite, as long as they have an Internet connection, or a mobile connection through a mobile device or tablet.

How will I invite my family and friends to watch the wedding live stream?
We will provide you with a 'live stream link' after your booking is confirmed. You can email this link to your family and friends at your convenience.

Will my online guests need any special software to view the live stream?
Just an internet connection, no other special software is required.

Will the live stream video be available online after my wedding? For how long?
We record and archive your wedding live stream for online viewing up to one year.

How will my wedding live stream look and sound?
Our wedding live streams are encoded at a broadband-quality bit-rate, which means the audio and video will be great. Our staff members are fully trained for professional wedding live streaming, ensuring a high quality experience for your online guests, and a worry-free service for you. How will I know how many people watched the live stream?
All packages include a live viewer count. We also add online guestbook functionality to enable online guests to post comments and send their wishes.

Can the wedding footage be saved in a format suitable for TV?
The raw footage of your wedding can be made available for free copyright. You must provide us with at least 150 GB external Drive, and we will gladly provide you the footage. will be made available online to download. The footage is recorded by high-quality full high definition resolution. It is important to note that the footage is completely untouched and unedited, accept for camera position, to provide the best viewing possible. However, we do offer video editing services when booked with our formal wedding video packages. We can arrange for videography services and live streaming as one package.

Should I still hire a videographer?
If you have don’t already have a videographer, we offer professional videography and photography services. Please ask us if you don’t already have a wedding videographer as we will be happy to put together a package for you that includes Photography, Videography and Live Streaming.

How soon should I reserve my wedding live-stream?
We ask that you contact us as soon as you’re sure you want to have your wedding live streamed by M1Media.

What happens if the wedding is postponed or cancelled?
If the wedding is postponed due to forces of nature or world events (weather, pandemic, etc.) we will attempt to reschedule for your wedding at no additional charge. If we are not able to reschedule because of a conflicting commitment, we will refund 90% of your total costs (the other 10% covers administration and your live stream profile page setup). Please let us know as soon as possible if you postpone your wedding. If the wedding is postponed or rescheduled due to reasons other than forces of nature, we will attempt to reschedule your wedding for a $100 rescheduling fee. If we are not able to reschedule because of a conflicting commitment, we will refund 90% of your total costs (in other words, we keep the 10% deposit to cover administration and your live stream profile page setup). Please let us know as soon as possible if you postpone your wedding. If you cancel your wedding or wedding live stream at any point, we will refund 50% of your total cost (the other 10% covers administration and your live-stream page setup).

What happens if the live-stream doesn’t occur for some reason and what is your refund policy?
We offer a 50% refund of total costs for any reason. If you are unhappy with our service or if we were unable to live stream your wedding for technical reasons, we will refund all payments made by you with exception to the 10% Deposit and/or Travel Fees.
