REQUIREMENTS

  • 10′ x 10′ minimum footprint of space needed.
  • 8′ 6″ of height clearance is needed at a minimum.
  • Outdoor set up is acceptable w/ a flat surface.
  • INFLATABLE LED PHOTO BOOTH‘ must be under a covering if rain is the forecast.
  • Must be below 90F if set up is outside.
  • Winds must be 10 MPH or less if outside.
  • 120 Volt outlet within 100′ of the ‘INFLATABLE LED PHOTO BOOTH‘ location.
  • Minimum of 15 AMP service preferred.

    'Early Set Up' is always a good idea IF YOU THINK WE MAY CAUSE A DISTRACTION in front of your guests while we are setting up which normally takes about 75 minutes from start until finish. If you need 'Early Set Up', we will arrive much earlier in the day and have our equipment set up and ready to go (for cocktail hour or whenever you want the booth to be open for your guests)...then we will come back at the scheduled start time according to your wishes.

    'Down Time' is always a good idea IF YOU OPEN THE PHOTO BOOTH DURING COCKTAIL HOUR and then go directly into dinner and formalities. Trust me, you don't want the photo booth to be in use by your guests during this time. Why? Too much laughter! No one wants that during dinner or toasts. If you choose to add a 'Down Time Hour', we will temporarily close the booth until dinner, toasts and formalities have been completed....then the booth will re-open! Please note that the 'Down Time' does NOT count against the number of hours you have rented. For example, if you rent us for four hours then that is the number of hours of actual photo taking time you will receive...down time does not count against this.

    2" x 6" photo strips come standard with all photo booth rental. For a premium, we also offer 4" x 6", 5" x 7", 6" x 8" and 8"x 10".

    We offer two ways to present you with your digital images after your event has been completed:

    • On a flash drive for $10 given to you immediately on-site after your event has completed
    • Via an upload to DropBox.com where you can then download them for $15

    Our standard camera takes AWESOME photos with a maximum of 8 mega-pixels. If you need to re-print an individual photo, 12" x 12" would be the maximum re-print size you could make without any distortion or pixelation. However, if you need to make larger re-prints, upgrade to our 18 mega-pixel camera and you can re-print up to 12' tall and 3.5' wide!

    If we are outside, if the weather conditions are favorable (under 90F and winds less than 10 MPH) we an set up the LED PHOTO BOOTH outside but it MUST always be under a covering of some sort.

    If the LED PHOTO BOOTH equipment needs to be set up outside and will be in an area where no electrical outlets are readily available, you can rent a portable generator from us for $100!

    Not only will your guests receive a photo every time they enter the LED PHOTO BOOTH, but we will also print an EXTRA photo and immediately place it in a gorgeous 12” x 12” scrapbook for you! Then we will ask your guests to sign a brief comment or note of congratulations next to their photos! Scrapbook colors available are black and navy blue (ivory, red, and chocolate brown are no longer offer). We will also include the pages, pens and tape!

    This will allow immediate sharing of the images from the LED PHOTO BOOTH via email or texting using our separate iPad kiosk. We can easily incorporate a hashtag for you as well! The kiosk is very simple to use and your guests will love sending photos to themselves and then sharing them on their social media platforms.

    This allows your guests to record video snippets up to 30 seconds in duration while using the LED PHOTO BOOTH! Lots of fun for them and you will be able to watch and listen to every snippet after your event because we will include them on the flash drive we give you along with all your digital images.

    All photo booth rentals include our standard prop box consisting of 20-30 hats, 20-30 pairs of glasses, 5-10 feather boas, many stick props, signs, bunny ears, tiaras and wigs. However, if you have a themed event such as a holiday party, etc. we will bring many of those in addition to our regular props!

    When you choose to add our 'ROYAL TREATMENT' option, you will be making a statement by giving your LED PHOTO BOOTH rental the look and feel of a Hollywood VIP event! We will bring a red carpet, polished silver stanchions and red velvet roping! You bring your VIP guests!

    A great way to enhance the LED PHOTO BOOTH prints by encasing them in flexible plastic bookmark-style sleeves. Protects the photos and your guests will truly appreciate this thoughtful addition! Offered with a magnetic backing or without.

    Another great way to enhance the LED PHOTO BOOTH prints by encasing them in rigid acrylic frame/holder. Allows to photos to be displayed on a desk or shelf and protects the photos and your guests will truly appreciate this thoughtful addition! Offered in L-shape, curved or flat.

    We will bring a high-lumen projector and a 9' diagonal screen and project all the individual images taken from the LED PHOTO BOOTH and project them, in a 4 image x 4 image matrix, on the screen. All the photos will fade in and out so that each and every image will be seen over the course of the evening. A great addition for your guests to enjoy!

    We will take every individual image taken during your LED PHOTO BOOTH rental and make one large mosaic image (anything you would like) out of them. The final mosaic will be printed on canvas for you. Great art piece customized just for you!
