PRICING

• $150/hr per caricaturist (no discounts for multiple artists)
• $30 premium will be added for all events that fall on the following dates:
  • Any major holiday
  • The two weekends prior to Easter
  • The entire week before and after July 4th
  • The entire month of October
  • The first two Saturdays in December
• If there is a fee for parking, it must be paid by the client.
• Two hour minimum if the event is taking place:
  • At the Columbus Zoo
  • At the Ohio Fairgrounds or Expo Center during the Ohio State Fair
  • For events taking place downtown during Red White and Boom
• Travel fee will apply for events that are more than 30 miles from Columbus, OH.

DESCRIPTION

• Our highly experienced and very talented caricaturists will hand-draw your guests as they really are!
• Artists can usually get 12 people drawn in an hour but that is usually the maximum.
• Drawings are only done in black and white (perhaps a color accent).
• Drawings made on paper and will be given in a protective plastic sleeve.

FEATURES

• Our caricaturists will bring their own tables and chairs.
• Area must be free of any and all tripping hazards and no furniture.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5′ x 5′ area of space at a minimum.
  
• Being set up inside is ALWAYS preferred.
• If event is outside, it must be less than 90F, the space must be level and the artists must be under a covering of some sort which must be provided by the client.
