PRICING

$4,500 for a ONE day rental for our 8′ HIGH x 13′ WIDE HD LED DISPLAY’.

Each additional day needed will be $1,250 per day.

We will deliver and assemble the ‘HD LED DISPLAY‘ within 30 miles from our warehouse located at 780 Busch Ct, Columbus, OH 43229 for no additional fee.

If your event location is more than 30 miles from our warehouse, a travel fee will be added (calculated based on the round trip mileage).

We will remain on-site during your rental and we will dissemble the ‘HD LED DISPLAY‘ once your event has been completed.

DESCRIPTION

Whether you are having an indoor or outdoor event, our ‘HD LED DISPLAY‘ will wow your guests with it’s crystal clear resolution allowing you to run a slide-show, display a live video or any other graphic(s), image(s) or movie you desire.

Set up time is about 2-3 hours.

Can be mounted on the floor or up to 8’ off the ground with our rigging / truss system.

Can be placed inside or outside (even if it’s lightly raining).

REQUIREMENTS

Standard 120 Volt electrical outlet.

Credit card on file (in case of damage).

If there is a fee for parking, it must be paid by the client.
