PRICING

$899 is the starting price for a 2-hour rental a ‘MAGIC MIRROR‘ photo station.
$150 will be added for each additional hour needed.
We will deliver the ‘MAGIC MIRROR‘ photo station within 30 miles of our office in Columbus for no additional fee.
A delivery fee will apply if you are further than 30 miles away (calculated based on distance to your desired location).
If there is a fee for parking, it must be paid by the client.
Set up and tear down is free!

DESCRIPTION

‘MAGIC MIRROR‘ photo stations are relatively new to the photo booth industry but have become very popular for many event types!
When your guests approach the mirror, it will trigger a colorful animation with an automated voice that will invite your guests to engage in a magical, interactive ‘selfie’ experience.

REQUIREMENTS

10’x 10′ minimum footprint of space needed.
7′ 6″ of height clearance is needed at a minimum.
Outdoor set up is not recommended but would have to be on a flat, level surface and under a covering at all times.
Must be below 90F if set up is outside.
Winds must be 10 MPH or less if outside.
120 Volt outlet within 100′ of ‘MAGIC MIRROR‘ location.
Minimum of 15 AMP service preferred.

Will you need our 'EARLY SET UP' option for $75?
'Early Set Up' is always a good idea IF YOU THINK WE MAY CAUSE A DISTRACTION in front of your guests while we are setting up which normally takes about 75 minutes from start until finish. If you need 'Early Set Up', we will arrive much earlier in the day and have our equipment set up and ready to go (for cocktail hour or whenever you want the booth to be open for your guests)...then we will come back at the scheduled start time according to your wishes.

Will you need an hour of 'DOWN TIME' for $50?
'Down Time' is always a good idea IF YOU OPEN THE PHOTO STATION DURING COCKTAIL HOUR and then go directly into dinner and formalities. Trust me, you don't want the photo booth to be in use by your guests during this time. Why? Too much laughter! No one wants that during dinner or toasts. If you choose to add a 'Down Time Hour', we will temporarily close the booth until dinner, toasts and formalities have been completed....then the booth will re-open! Please note that the 'Down Time' does NOT count against the number of hours you have rented. For example, if you rent us for four hours then that is the number of hours of actual photo taking time you will receive...down time does not count against this.

We offer five 'PRINT SIZES'. Which size would you prefer?
2" x 6" photo strips come standard with all 'MAGIC MIRROR' photo station rentals. For a premium, we also offer:
4" x 6" for $75
5" x 7" for $100
6" x 8" for $150
8"x 10" for $200

How would you like us to provide you with your 'DIGITAL IMAGES' after your event?
We offer two ways to present you with your digital images after your event has been completed:
On a flash drive for $10 which will be given to you immediately on-site after the completion of your event
Via an upload to DropBox.com where you can then download them for $15

Would you like to upgrade to an '18 MEGA-PIXEL CAMERA' FOR $50?
Our standard camera takes AWESOME photos with a maximum of 8 mega-pixels. If you need to re-print an individual photo, 12" x 12" would be the maximum re-print size you could make without any distortion or pixelation. However, if you need to make larger re-prints, upgrade to our 18 mega-pixel camera and you can re-print up to 12' tall and 3.5' wide!

Would you like to rent a 'PORTABLE GENERATOR' (if outside)?
If our equipment needs to be set up outside and will be in an area where no electrical outlets are readily available, you can rent a portable generator from us for $100!

Would you like to add our 'DELUXE SCRAPBOOK' for $60?
Not only will your guests receive a photo every time they step in front of the camera, but we will also print an EXTRA photo and immediately place it in a gorgeous 12” x 12” scrapbook for you! Then we will ask your guests to sign a brief comment or note of congratulations next to their photos! Scrapbook colors available are black or navy blue (ivory, red and chocolate brown are no longer offered). We will also include the pages, pens and tape!

Would you like to upgrade to a 'PREMIUM BACKDROP' for $50?
A black cloth backdrop comes standard with all 'MAGIC MIRROR' photo station rentals. However, if you would like a different color or sequins instead of plain cloth, then our Premium Backdrops are the way to go! Choose from red sequin, black sequin, rose gold sequin, silver sequin, purple sequin, gold sequin, red petal or gold petal.

Would you like us to make you 'CUSTOMIZED 8' x 8' BACKDROP'?
Perhaps you need a specific and fully customized backdrop for your event! No problem as we will work with you to design an 8' x 8' backdrop that's ideal for your event....and after the event is over, you get to keep it!

Would you like to add our 'SOCIAL MEDIA KIOSK' option for $50?
This will allow immediate sharing of the images from the photo booth via email or texting using our separate iPad kiosk. We can easily incorporate a hashtag for you as well! The kiosk is very simple to use and your guests will love sending photos to themselves and then sharing them on their social media platforms.

Would you like to add our 'VIDEO RECORDING' option for $25?
This allows your guests to record video snippets up to 30 seconds in duration while they are in front of the camera! Lots of fun for them and you will be able to watch and listen to every snippet after your event because we will include them on the flash drive we give you along with all your digital images.

Would you like to add a 'CUSTOMIZED PROP PACKAGE' (price varies)?
All 'MAGIC MIRROR' photo station rentals include our standard prop box consisting of 20-30 hats, 20-30 pairs of glasses, 5-10 feather boas, many stick props, signs, bunny ears, tiaras and wigs. However, if you have a themed event such as a holiday party, etc. we will bring many of those in addition to our regular props!

Would you like to add our 'ROYAL TREATMENT' option for $150?
When you choose to add our 'ROYAL TREATMENT' option, you will be making a statement by giving your 'MAGIC MIRROR' photo station rental the look and feel of a Hollywood VIP event! We will bring a red carpet, polished silver stanchions and red velvet roping! You bring your VIP guests!

Would you like to add our 'FLEXIBLE BOOKMARK SLEEVES' ($0.75 to $1.00 each)?
A great way to enhance your party favor is by encasing them in flexible plastic bookmark-style sleeves. Protects the photos and your guests will truly appreciate this thoughtful addition! Offered with a magnetic backing or without.

Would you like to add our 'RIGID ACRYLIC FRAMES' (price depends on style)?
A great way to enhance your photo prints is by encasing them in rigid acrylic frame/holder. Allows to photos to be displayed on a desk or shelf and protects the photos and your guests will truly appreciate this thoughtful addition! Offered in L-shape, curved or flat.

Would you like to add a 'PROJECTOR & SCREEN'?
We will bring a high-lumen projector and a 9' diagonal screen and project all the individual images taken from the 'MAGIC MIRROR' photo station and project them, in a 4 image x 4 image matrix, on the screen. All the photos will fade in and out so that each and every image will be seen over the course of the evening. A great addition for your guests to enjoy!

Would you like to add a 'CANVAS MOSAIC PRINT' (price varies)?
We will take every individual image taken during your 'MAGIC MIRROR' photo station rental and make one large mosaic image (anything you would like) out of them. The final mosaic will be printed on canvas for you. Great art piece customized just for you!
