PRICING

We have the following tent sizes available for rent:

10′ x 10′ High Peak Tent: $75 / day

20′ x 20′ High Peak Tent: $405 / day

20′ x 30′ High Peak Tent: $510 / day

20′ x 40′ High Peak Tent: $650 / day

Delivery, set up and sales tax will be calculated based on the address to which it will need to be delivered.

If weights or water barrels are necessary to stabilize the tent (because we the tent is being set up on concrete or asphalt and can’t be staked down in the ground), an addition fee will be added once we discuss this with you.

A mandatory 15% damage wavier will be added to all rentals to protect the renter against damages (unless otherwise agree upon).

If there is a fee for parking, it must be paid by the client.

REQUIREMENTS

If the tent will be placed in a yard, we will stake the tent down; a scan of the ground must be conducted to ensure no underground wires are present by calling 811 in advance.

• 5 days before the event, Homeowner is responsible for calling 811, or visiting www.oups.org to fill out a ticket for underground utilities to be marked on your property where your party location will be.  Remember, you are advising us on your tent location, therefore, you are working with us for this project. OUPS needs a minimum of 48 hrs notice before tent is set to be installed, but no more than 7 days. Please leaving markings where OUPS places them.

• The home/property owner is responsible for showing us where any sprinklers, septic, or downspouts may be near the party location upon arrival with equipment.

• Make sure the area is clear for equipment to be brought in and set up.

• Do not mow the day of install. We recommend mowing 2 days before install, or after installation so grass clippings are not on the tent.

If the tent will be placed on a asphalt or concrete, we will weigh the tent down using either weights or barrels filled with water; both will incur an additional fee.
